DiRootsOne is an all-in-one productivity toolkit for Autodesk Revit that streamlines everyday BIM workflows. It helps you find and filter elements, manage and exchange parameter data, automate views and sheets, generate tables from spreadsheets, and keep models organised and consistent.

Enhancements

• [ParaManager] Feet and fractional inches: Dialogs now follow the parameter or project units instead of always showing decimal feet.
• [SectionBoxer] Offset field works like Revit’s: Enter units or formulas; invalid values show Revit’s error message.
• [ViewManager] Faster parameter-only updates: Importing changes that only affect parameter values, such as Title On Sheet, no longer regenerates view graphics in the background.
• [OneFilter] Guidance when saving a selection: With nothing selected in Revit, “Save new selection” now warns you to select elements first.
• [TableGen] Clearer message when the Excel file is open: If the file you are importing is open in Excel, you are now asked to close it.

Bug Fixes

• [ViewManager] Decimal separators were misread when using a comma, affecting View Range offsets and the Batch View Change dialog.
• [ViewAligner] Revit crashed when clicking Align in Revit 2021 and 2022.
• [SheetLink] Using “Select Highlight Element” from the context menu closed the tool.
• [SheetLink] Exporting some schedules with sorting or other schedule settings left every value except Element ID empty.
• [SheetLink] Room level and number were empty when exporting some schedules.
• [SheetLink] Schedule import misidentified Type and Instance parameters and missed some parameters, then reported “No changes found” after edits in Excel.
• [SheetLink] Overwriting an export after changing values made Leader Line read-only and gave Family and Type a Yes/No dropdown.
• [SheetLink] Each overwrite of the same file added more hidden helper sheets to the workbook.
• [SheetLink] Refresh in the Spatial tab cleared the defined selection instead of refreshing the data.
• [SheetLink] In Preview/Edit, highlighting could not be limited to the filtered elements.
• [SectionBoxer] The last used 3D view and offset buffer were not restored on reopening; the tool reset to {3D} and the default offset.
• [SectionBoxer] Selecting model and annotation elements together, for example on a sheet or floor plan, showed an error and created no section box.
• [TableGen] Creating a schedule view with a View Template applied produced a blank view with no data imported.
• [TableGen] Numbers in cells with Excel’s General alignment were imported left-aligned in legends and drafting views.
• [OneFilter] In the Contains tab, searching rooms in a linked model missed some Furniture families.
• [OneFilter] In the French version, rooms from linked models were not available in the Contains tab.
• [OneFilter] The Visualize tab listed some parameters twice, such as Category as both Type and Instance.
• [ParaManager] An “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” error occurred when exporting parameters with an empty “Group Under” value.
• [QuickViews] In triangular rooms, some room elevations faced the wrong way.
• [General] Pressing F1 on some DiRootsOne tools opened the wrong documentation page.
